Information we collect

When you use Teploy, we collect account information (such as your name and email), workspace and project configuration, deployment metadata, audit and usage logs, and billing details when you subscribe to a paid plan.

You may also store application secrets and environment variables in Teploy. These are kept to run deployments on your behalf and are not used for advertising.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Teploy platform
• Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls
• Run builds and deployments you request
• Send service-related communications and support responses
• Meet legal, security, and billing obligations

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate Teploy (for example cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. Deployment logs and audit records may be kept for a limited period for troubleshooting, security, and compliance. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can update profile and workspace settings in the dashboard. Workspace owners control collaborator access, environment variables, and connected integrations. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page if you need help accessing or deleting account data.
