Using Teploy

Teploy provides a platform to build, deploy, and operate applications from connected source repositories. You are responsible for the code you deploy, the configuration you set, and compliance with laws that apply to your use of the service.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting collaborators and for activity performed under their workspace, subject to role permissions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Teploy to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to Teploy or other systems
• Distribute malware or abusive traffic from deployed workloads
• Interfere with platform stability or other customers' use of the service

Service availability

We strive to keep Teploy available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Planned maintenance, infrastructure failures, or third-party outages may affect deployments. Features may change as the product evolves.

Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, and billing terms are described at checkout and in your workspace billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
